The beauty with this spot except for the major co-ordination of everything that's happens in there, is that the actors are all gathered from the actual web service indeed! So the people showed up to work but this time as actors (acting as themselves) in this spot. Only down side was that a german plummer refused to look ad-happy but some threats did the job in the end!
